Refund Policy

1. We will start the process of the subscription only after the confirmation from your side; once the order is executed and renewed with Bein Sports, customer will not be able to claim for any refund.
   
2. A 15% service charge will be applicable if the order is not executed due to the errors such as wrong smart card number or any related matter. In this case, the customer has to contact the office by the given email ct support@atyafentertainment.com. The refund amount will be credited to the bank account. 
   
3. If any of the devices provided by us is not functioning, the device will be repaired or replaced, this will be applicable only if the device is under the warranty.

Delivery Policy

1. The completion process of the order will be done online. This will be notified the customer by email and SMS, once the process is completed.
2. VAT is applicable to all the payments and that will be reflected in the receipt.
